All items will be ready for the courier to pick up, either the same day or the very next morning.
As soon as the courier swipes the barcode you will get an automated email with the tracking information.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
Next to each item there is a drop down menu where you have to select your shipping destination or pick up option.
Pick up
Pick up is an option for all our products, payment can be made on the website or exact cash during pick up.
We do not have any Efpos or credit card facilities on site.
The pick up address can be found on our contact us page, please follow the instructions carefully as our address can be slightly misleading.
Shipping Rates
We have recently upgraded to using a shipping software that checks for and books the cheapest courier along with providing a tracking number.
We believe this will significantly reduce the price for our larger items that do not use our drop down menu setup.
Chess Boards & Pieces
Unfortunately the chess boards are very heavy & fairly large at 600mm square (2 ft) not to mention the difficulty in safely packaging 32 chess pieces, of course all these problems can be overcome but we pride ourselves in keeping the price as low as possible so we would prefer not to ship these items & have a pick up only policy for them. However if you would like these items shipped then please email us using our contact us page & I'm sure we can work something out for you.
Spa Steps standard 2 step 690mm wide
These are only $70 each for anywhere in the North Island
And only $90 each for anywhere in the South Island
We do not ship this item outside of New Zealand.
Please email us for a shipping quote on our larger custom made steps.
We offer free delivery for spa steps within the old North Shore boundary of Auckland.
You can also email us if you would like the item delivered by us, we charge 60c a KM radiating out from Forrest Hill, Auckland, which can be paid in cash on delivery.
Smaller Items (Free Combined shipping)
We are slowly going through all our shipping rates so that we can offer a fee combined shipping option, this means that you need to pay the shipping cost on the largest item and all other shipping will be free!
